Refund Policy

  • Check compatibility (Live 12 + Max 9) and try the free demo before you buy.
  • If Bassurito is defective or not as described, we will fix it or give the remedy the law requires.
  • Contact us before filing a chargeback.

All sales are final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Bassurito is a digital product. It is delivered instantly as a download, so it cannot be “returned”.

Your $49 purchase includes free lifetime updates (see the Terms). Updates do not change this policy.

This also applies to orders that use the email discount code (limited to the first 50 redemptions and applied at Polar checkout; see the Terms).

Check before you buy

You are responsible for making sure Bassurito works for you before you buy. Please:

  1. Check you have Ableton Live 12 with Max 9 (Max for Live). These are third-party products, sold separately.
  2. Try the free in-browser demo on our website.
  3. Watch the demo video.
  4. Email support@bassurito.com with any questions. We’re happy to answer before you buy.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law. For example, consumer rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

If Bassurito is defective or doesn’t work as described, contact support@bassurito.com. We will fix it, or provide a remedy (which may include a refund) as the law requires.

Please include your order ID, your Live and Max versions, and your operating system.

Right of withdrawal

Some laws give consumers a right to withdraw from online purchases within a set period. For digital content, that right can end once delivery begins, if you agreed to it.

At checkout you must tick a required box confirming that you consent to immediate delivery, that all sales are final, and (where applicable) that you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first. Most problems are fixed quickly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in your license being revoked and your download links being disabled.
